Principal Coaches - Pilates and Yoga

Having done mat pilates classes on and off in the past, it was the reformer that made me fall in love with Pilates and there is no turning back since. I love how the reformer helps me effortlessly achieve the correct alignment, as well as the challenge the springs add to the exercise. Most of all, I love how my body felt after the class - lengthened, lighter and with the core more 'tucked-in'. The occasional pain and tightness that I had in my lower back also disappeared over time.

I started my Pilates teacher training with Polestar Pilates out of curiosity - to understand more about what Pilates is, why does it make my body feel the way it does - what's the secret?

Now a certified Reformer and Studio Pilates teacher, I have also completed my 200-hr yoga teacher certification with Aligned Yoga.

Whilst Pilates will always be my first love, I feel that both Pilates and yoga are complementary to one another and I hope to blend the best of both practices, helping you to get stronger and move better.

I used to be pretty clueless about exercise or fitness and spent way too much time stuck in an office, ending up with bad posture, just like many of us.

But one day, I slipped, fell and ended up with chronic back pain. It was a real struggle. I was only able to mask the symptoms with other treatments - it was a temporary solution. Then, I discovered Pilates, and it changed everything! Pilates not only helped me find relief from that pain, but also helped me gain strength and flexibility that I never knew I had.

I have also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher certification to deepen my practice and challenge my body in new ways. This journey has strengthened both my teaching and personal practice, blending the benefits of Pilates with the mindfulness of yoga.

Now, as a fully certified Polestar Pilates instructor and yoga teacher, I’m passionate about guiding others toward better mobility, core strength, and overall well-being. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing pain, or simply looking to enhance your fitness journey, my personalized sessions are designed to help you feel your best.
