My journey with Pilates began with the reformer, and I've been hooked ever since. I love the effortless alignment it provides, the challenge of the springs, and most of all, the way my body feels afterward—lengthened, lighter, and with a stronger core. The lower back pain and tightness I occasionally experienced have also vanished.
Driven by curiosity, I completed my Pilates teacher training with Polestar Pilates to understand the 'secret' behind its transformative effects. Now a certified Reformer and Studio Pilates teacher, I've also earned my 200-hr yoga teacher certification with Aligned Yoga.
While Pilates remains my foundation, I believe its synergy with yoga allows me to blend the best of both practices, helping you to get stronger and move better.

Like many, I spent too much time in an office, leading to poor posture and a lack of exercise. A fall resulted in chronic back pain, which I initially managed with temporary solutions. Then, I discovered Pilates – it transformed everything! I found relief, strength, and flexibility I didn't know I possessed.
To further enhance my practice, I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, blending Pilates' benefits with yoga's mindfulness.
Now, as a certified Polestar Pilates instructor and yoga teacher, I'm dedicated to helping others improve their mobility, core strength, and overall well-being. My sessions are designed to support you, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or seeking to enhance your fitness.
